Registrant Identification Numbers, or RINs for short, are permanent and unique identifiers used by O2CM to store competitors’ complete compendia of personal identification numbers issued by various DanceSport sanctioning bodies (USA Dance, WDSF, CDS, CDF, AAU, among others).

RIN creation and management tasks are handled through O2CM competitor accounts, which are accessed through the competitor.o2cm.com site.

Creating a RIN

Main article: Creating a RIN

Before registering for a competition that uses O2CM, each competitor must create a RIN for themselves at https://competitor.o2cm.com. The competitor's nine-digit RIN will be requested by competitions when registering using paper forms, but will be automatically populated when registering online.
